Applies to: attrangistudio.com and any orders placed through it.

These terms are a contract between you and AZpirations Services (sole proprietorship), which trades as @ttrangi Arts & Studio™. Registered address: C-4/250, Gyan Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201014, Uttar Pradesh, India. GSTIN: 09AJJPJ3717H1Z4. If you use this website or buy from us, these terms apply.

We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to services@azpiration.in and we will explain it before you buy, not after.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

@ttrangi Arts & Studio™ designs and 3D-prints toys, collectibles and home décor, and publishes folk-tale content under Kahaniyon ki Kahani. Customer care: services@azpiration.in, +91 77100 63741, WhatsApp +91 77100 63741.

2. Who may use this site

You must be 18 or older to create an account or place an order. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18. Adults may of course buy our products for children — that is much of what we make — but the account and the purchase must be an adult's.

3. Our products are made to order

Almost everything we sell is 3D-printed after you order it. Two consequences worth knowing before you buy:

• Lead time. Production typically takes about 5–6 working days before we hand your parcel to a courier. See our Shipping Policy.
• Small variations are normal. Layer lines, minor colour variation between batches, and slight differences from photographs are inherent to 3D printing. They are characteristics of the process, not defects. Genuine damage or a genuine manufacturing fault is a different matter and is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Product photographs are of the actual item or a representative sample. Where a listing shows a render rather than a photograph, we say so on the listing.

4. Age labelling and safety

Some items are labelled "Not a toy — 14+" or carry a choking-hazard notice. Those labels are on the listing and on the packaging, and they are not decorative. Please read them, and supervise children around small parts and printed items regardless of labelling.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless a listing says otherwise. Your invoice shows the tax breakup.
• Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. See the Shipping Policy.
• We may change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.
• If a listing shows a clearly wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you promptly if this happens.
• Payment is handled by our payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. When your order becomes a contract

Adding an item to your cart or starting checkout does not create a contract. A contract forms only when we confirm your order by email after payment is received. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item cannot be produced, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraud.

7. Cancellations, replacements and refunds

Set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: because items are made to order, cancellation is only possible before production begins, and our standard remedy for a damaged or faulty item is a replacement. Nothing in that policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Delivery

Set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9. Your account

Keep your login secure and do not share it. Tell us promptly at services@azpiration.in if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or to abuse our policies.

10. Stories you submit to us

This section applies if you contribute a story, character idea, or other material to Kahaniyon ki Kahani. Please read it properly — it is short, and it matters.

What you keep. You keep ownership of what you write. You are not selling us your story.

What you give us. When you submit, you grant AZpirations Services a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, edit, publish, perform, display and merchandise your submission and anything derived from it — including turning characters into physical products we sell — in any medium now known or later invented.

Attribution. We will credit you as the contributor wherever the story is published, in the form you choose at submission (your name, a pen name, or anonymous). Attribution is our commitment to you; it does not limit the licence above.

What you promise us.That the submission is your own original work; that you have the right to grant this licence; that it does not infringe anyone else's rights; and that it is not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful. If your submission retells a traditional or folk tale, tell us so at submission — traditional tales are shared heritage and we treat them differently from original work.

Reward. If we approve and publish your story, you receive a free copy of merchandise associated with it. That is the agreed consideration for the licence. We do not pay royalties, and submitting does not guarantee publication.

Editing. We edit for length, clarity, age-appropriateness and cultural sensitivity, and we may decline any submission for any reason. Where AI tools assist in drafting or translating published content, we disclose that on the page.

Withdrawal.You may ask us to stop publishing your story at any time and we will remove it from the site within a reasonable period. The licence survives for material already produced, printed or distributed — we cannot recall a toy that is already in someone's home.

11. Our content and brand

Everything else on this site — our designs, 3D models, photographs, illustrations, text, characters (including Kissago), logos and the @ttrangi Arts & Studio™ name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell, 3D-print for resale, or make derivative works from our product designs without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is fine.

12. Reviews

Only customers who have actually received an order may review that item, and reviews are moderated before publication. We do not solicit, pay for, or publish incentivised reviews, and we do not remove a review merely for being unfavourable.

13. Things we are not responsible for

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control, nor for misuse of a product contrary to its labelling.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. We keep dated copies and will provide the applicable version on request.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer forum where you live.

Before formal proceedings, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer — see Contact & Grievance Redressal. Most problems are faster to fix than to argue about.

17. Language

These terms are published in English, and the English version governs. Any translation is for convenience only.
