Our commitment

• We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.

If we do not resolve it

You may escalate:

• Consumer disputes — the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer commission with jurisdiction where you live
• Personal data complaints — the Data Protection Board of India, after first raising the matter with us

Approaching us first is not a precondition we impose on your legal rights. It is simply usually faster.

What we tell you on every product listing

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, every listing shows: the country of origin, the MRP inclusive of all taxes, the net quantity, the generic name of the product, the name and address of the manufacturer or packer, the month and year of manufacture, and these customer-care details. Where an item is age-restricted, its label ("Not a toy — 14+", choking-hazard notice) appears on the listing and on the packaging.

If you find a listing missing any of this, tell us — that is a defect on our side and we want to fix it.

Reviews

Only customers who have received an order may review that item, and every review is moderated before it appears. We do not publish paid, incentivised or fabricated reviews, and we do not remove a review merely because it is unfavourable.
